Previous research and findings have demonstrated that using human embryonic cells as implants seems likely, and they may not be immunologically rejected. Moreover, they do not suffer from the potential for gradual graft-versus-host reaction aggravation and do not have sequelae of secondary disease and neurological symptoms. The author was tested for treatment seven years ago and the results are reported below. The authors used a simple device to specifically isolate fetal embryonic epithelial cells from fetal fetuses below 10 weeks of gestation. Human embryonic skin cells were prepared as follows: The intact fetus in the amniotic sac obtained from miscarriage at a gestational age of about 10 weeks was separated from the placenta and washed thoroughly with Hanks’s balanced salt solution.
