氟哌酸(Nbrfloxacin)属吡哃酸类抗菌药,国内已于1985年合成并通过鉴定。本品属广谱抗菌素,对革兰氏阴性杆菌疗效较好。体外试验对伤寒杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为0.032mg/l,相当于对痢疾杆菌的抑菌浓度效价。我院自1986～1987年不加选择地用氟哌酸治疗伤寒患者32例,另随机抽选30例伤寒病人用氯霉素加SMZco治疗作阳性药对照,初步证实氟哌酸加TMP对伤寒确有疗效。现报道如下。临床资料
