人力资本是主动性资本,其资本能力潜伏在人体中,掌握了创新技术和科学管理方法的人,其能动作用是相当大的(吴狄亚,2001)。因此跨文化管理必须强调对人的管理,对不同文化进行融合,形成根植于企业所有成员之中的新型文化。这种新型文化需要由员工的意识和行为表达出来,进一步实现跨文化管理的目标。商务英语学科要充分发挥其“跨文化、跨语言、跨学科以及跨民族、跨国界”的交叉学科优势,实现从文化管理到“跨文化管理”质的飞跃。
Human capital is active capital, and its capital power lurks in the human body. The masters of innovative technologies and scientific management methods are quite capable of acting (Wu Diya, 2001). Therefore, cross-cultural management must emphasize the management of people, the integration of different cultures and the formation of a new culture rooted in all the members of the enterprise. This new culture needs to be expressed by employee awareness and behavior to further achieve the goal of cross-cultural management. Business English should give full play to its “cross-cultural, cross-linguistic, interdisciplinary and cross-nationality, cross-border” interdisciplinary advantages, from cultural management to “cross-cultural management ” qualitative leap.
