目的:观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止疤痕子宫合并早孕的临床情况。方法:第1、2天各服米非司酮75mg,第3天服米索前列醇600ug,必要时再加服米索前列醇200ug。结果:完全流产率81.5%,不全流产率占14.8%,失败率为3.7%,完全流产者阴道流血时间为3～16天,不全流产及失败者需清宫术,阴道流血时间最多为7天。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止疤痕子宫合并早孕是一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical application of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in terminating scar contract uterine early pregnancy. Methods: The first and second days of each taking mifepristone 75mg, the first three days of misoprostol 600ug, if necessary, plus misoprostol 200ug. Results: Complete abortion rate was 81.5%, incomplete abortion rate was 14.8%, failure rate was 3.7%. Complete abortion vaginal bleeding time is 3 to 16 days, incomplete abortion and losers need to curettage, vaginal bleeding time up to 7 days. Conclusion: The combination of mifepristone and misoprostol is a safe and effective method for terminating scar pregnancy combined with early pregnancy.
