大秦线是装备完善、技术先进的重载运煤铁路线 ,线路设计为年输送能力 1亿 t。由于受长大下坡道和小曲线半径的制约 ,列车牵引重量只有 4 50 0~ 50 0 0 t,同时受市场变化的影响 ,货流下降 ,输送能力达不到设计的要求。为此应制定具体施工组织措施 ,解决好“V”型维修天窗问题 ,合理安排机车 ,提高列车牵引重量和调整货车径路 ,将经由京秦线的部分货物列车改经大秦线运输 ,以提高大秦线的运输能力

Due to the growth of downhill and small curve radius constraints, train traction weight of only 4 50 0 ~ 50 0 t, at the same time by the market changes, the decline in cargo flow, transmission capacity of less than the design requirements. To this end, we should formulate specific construction and organization measures to solve the “V” maintenance skylight problem, arrange the locomotives reasonably, raise the traction weight and adjust the freight train routes, and change part of the freight trains passing through the Jing-Qin line to Daqin Line to improve Daqin Line of transport capacity
