本文运用文献资料,逻辑分析与专家访谈法,以健身气功·大舞为例,对中老年群体健身气功的教学方法进行了研究分析,结合健身气功·大舞的功法属性、中老年群体较为特殊的身心特点以及本人长期的教学实践经验,提出:录像与演示教学相结合,激发学员学习兴趣;分解与完整教学相结合,帮助学员牢记动作内容;结合中医理论,了解功法健身原理;注重三调合一,掌握功法动作要领;及时纠正配合区别对待,提高学员整体演练水平;强调音乐伴奏,提升练习效果。
This paper uses literature, logic analysis and expert interviews to take the examples of Health Qigong and Dances as examples to study and analyze the teaching methods of Health Qigong among middle-aged and old people. Combining with the exercises of Health Qigong and Dances, the middle- Special physical and mental characteristics as well as my long-term teaching practice experience, put forward: video and presentation of teaching combined to stimulate students interest in learning; decomposition and complete teaching to help students keep in mind the content of exercise; combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory to understand the principle of exercise fitness; Three a tune one, master the essentials of action law; promptly correct with the different treatment, improve the overall level of exercise of students; emphasis on musical accompaniment, to enhance the practice effect.
