碳纳米棒在光电器件和显微探针方面有重要应用前景。本文采用化学气相沉积法制备了碳纳米棒。用TEM ,XRD 和拉曼光谱对产物进行检测,发现所制备的碳纳米棒是缺陷很少的石墨结构,直径 50nm 左右,长度在200-800nm 。用该方法可以大批量生产单分散的碳纳米棒,有望应用于工业生产。同时对碳纳米棒的形成机理进行了探讨。
Carbon nanorods have important applications in optoelectronic devices and microprobes. In this paper, carbon nanorods were prepared by chemical vapor deposition. The products were detected by TEM, XRD and Raman spectroscopy. It was found that the prepared carbon nanorods were graphite structures with few defects, about 50nm in diameter and 200-800nm in length. This method can be mass-produced monodisperse carbon nanorods, is expected to be used in industrial production. At the same time, the formation mechanism of carbon nanorods was discussed.
