International capital flow is the process of movement of capital across national boundaries in the world. Since the Second World War, the flow of international capital has been very frequent, with an increasing scale and increasing content. With the development of world economic integration, international capital flows are increasingly becoming the most active factor in the world economy. Practice shows that the development of post-war international capital flows has had a tremendous impact on the economy of a country and the development of the entire world economy. However, while the development of international capital flow continuously promotes the world economic growth, it also provides the preconditions for the international debt crisis and the financial crisis. The international debt crisis and the financial crisis have had a serious adverse impact on the entire world economy. Especially since the 1990s, with the continuous occurrence and intensification of the international financial crisis, the international capital flow has once again attracted the world's attention.
