目的研究色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清中的表达变化,并探讨二者相关性。方法选择40例BMI≤25kg/m2的PCOS患者(PCOS1组)和40例BMI>25kg/m2的PCOS患者(PCOS2组);另选BMI匹配的健康女性各30例,分为对照1组和对照2组。分离血清后,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测PEDF,采用免疫比浊法检测hs-CRP;应用SPSS14.0对各组数据进行统计学分析。结果与对照组相比,PEDF和hs-CRP在PCOS患者血清中均明显增高,且与正常体质量的PCOS1组相比,hs-CRP水平在肥胖的PCOS2组进一步显著增高。相关性分析显示,PEDF与hs-CRP呈正相关。结论血清PEDF水平与hs-CRP密切相关,揭示代谢紊乱与亚临床慢性炎症共同促进PCOS病情的发展。
Objective To study the changes of the serum levels of PEDF and hs-CRP in the serum of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and to explore their correlation. Methods Forty PCOS patients (PCOS1 group) with BMI≤25kg / m2 and 40 PCOS2 patients (PCOS2 group) with BMI> 25kg / m2 were enrolled in this study. Thirty healthy BMI matched healthy women were selected and divided into control group 1 and control group 2 teams. After the serum was separated, the PEDF was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and the hs-CRP was detected by immunoturbidimetry. The data of each group were analyzed by SPSS14.0. Results Compared with the control group, PEDF and hs-CRP levels were significantly increased in the serum of PCOS patients, and the hs-CRP level was significantly higher in the obese PCOS2 group than in the normal body weight PCOS1 group. Correlation analysis showed that PEDF was positively correlated with hs-CRP. Conclusions Serum PEDF levels are closely related to hs-CRP, revealing that metabolic disorders and subclinical chronic inflammation contribute to the development of PCOS.
