厌氧菌是感染根管和根尖周围组织病损中的优势菌。本文就其与根尖周病临床症状间的关系及其免疫生物活性作用和对抗菌素的敏感性等方面的研究近况作一概述。 Anaerobic bacteria are the predominant bacteria in the lesions of the root canal and periapical tissues. In this paper, we summarize the current situation of its relationship with the clinical symptoms of periapical periodopathies and its immunobiological activity and the sensitivity to antibiotics.
