本文提出了铸铁件中气孔缺陷的一种表现形式——缩孔状气孔。作者认为:导致缩孔状气孔的形成,有三个充分与必要条件:(1)铸件具有较宽的热节区;(2)在气体侵入铸件热节区的液态合金里形成气泡且无法排出;(3)合金本身的凝固应有体积膨胀。作者在对缩孔状气孔的形成机理进行探讨的同时,还提出了予防及消除缺陷的方法
This paper presents a form of cast iron defects in the pores - shrinkage-like pores. The author believes that there are three necessary and sufficient conditions for the formation of shrinkage-like pores: (1) the casting has a wide hot zone; (2) air bubbles are formed in the liquid alloy in the hot zone of the casting and can not be discharged; (3) the solidification of the alloy itself should be volume expansion. While discussing the formation mechanism of shrinkage pores, the author also put forward a method to prevent and eliminate defects
