痛性肌麻痹又称Tolosa-Hunt综合征(Tolosa-Huntsyndrome,THS),是一种伴有头痛和眼肌麻痹的特发性眼眶和海绵窦炎性疾病,临床上较少见,且病因复杂,容易误诊。今分析5例患者的临床特点,结合文献复习并进一步探讨其诊治特点。1一般资料该组观察病例共5例,男3例,女2例;年龄23～68岁,其中35岁以上3例。首发时误诊1例,复发时被误诊1例。
