目的采用二维斑点追踪(2D-STE)技术评价系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者的右心房功能变化。方法选取A组(对照组)为健康志愿者30例。根据患者肺动脉收缩压(PASP)不同的SLE患者102例分为3组(实验组),B组PASP≤30mm Hg,C组30mm Hg0.05)。C组中RAVmax、RAVmin、RAVpre、RAAEF和SRa与A、B组相应值比较均增大(均P<0.05),RAPEF、SRe和SRs均减小(均P<0.05)。D组中RAVmax、RAVmin、RAVpre、RAAEF和SRa与A、B、C组比较明显增大(均P<0.05),RAPEF、SRe和SRs明显减小(均P<0.05)。结论 2D-STE可以评价不同程度PASP的SLE患者的右心房的功能。
Objective To evaluate the changes of right atrial function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) by 2D-STE. Methods A group (control group) of 30 healthy volunteers. According to the patients with different pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) 102 cases were divided into three groups (experimental group), PASP≤30mm Hg in group B, 30mm Hg 0.05). In group C, the corresponding values of RAVmax, RAVmin, RAVpre, RAAEF, SRa and A and B groups were significantly increased (all P <0.05), and RAPEF, SRe and SRs were decreased (all P <0.05). In group D, RAVmax, RAVmin, RAVpre, RAAEF and SRa were significantly higher than those in A, B and C groups (all P <0.05), and RAPEF, SRe and SRs were significantly decreased (all P <0.05). Conclusion 2D-STE can evaluate the right atrial function in SLE patients with different degrees of PASP.
