目的比较氢化物原子荧光法和无火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定生活饮用水中的铅的优劣。方法对两种测定方法的条件和结果进行差异性比较。结果氢化物原子荧光光譜法测定生活饮用水中的铅,具有灵敏度高,共存元素干扰小,线性范围宽,方法简便快速,检出限低,重复性好,回收率高等优点。结论氢化物原子荧光光譜法适合生活饮用水中铅的测定。
Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry and non-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry in the determination of lead in drinking water. Methods The differences between the two methods were compared. Results The determination of lead in drinking water by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry had the advantages of high sensitivity, small interference of coexisting elements, wide linear range, simple and rapid method, low detection limit, good repeatability and high recovery rate. Conclusion Hydridex atomic fluorescence spectrometry is suitable for the determination of lead in drinking water.
