目的:探讨后囊膜破裂Ⅰ期植入人工晶体的手术方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析53例(53眼)晶状体后囊膜破裂Ⅰ期植入人工晶体患者的临床资料。术中发生后囊膜破裂时分别应用前段玻切或黏弹剂封闭破裂孔,根据破裂孔大小选择囊袋内植入、睫状沟内植入、前房型人工晶体植入等方法。结果:囊袋内植入28眼,睫状体沟内植入18眼,前房型人工晶体植入7眼。术后视力≤0.1者4眼,0.2~0.3者18眼,0.4~0.5者24眼,视力>0.5者7眼。未出现严重手术后并发症。结论:晶状体后囊膜破裂后及时发现、处理,可防止破口进一步扩大,Ⅰ期植入人工晶体后能收到较好治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the surgical method and efficacy of intraocular lens implantation at the first stage of posterior capsular rupture. Methods: The clinical data of 53 patients (53 eyes) with posterior capsular rupture and intraocular lens implantation were retrospectively analyzed. Intraoperative capsular rupture, respectively, the application of anterior vitrectomy or viscoelastic closed rupture hole, according to the size of the rupture of the choice of pocket implants, ciliary sulcus implantation, anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and other methods. Results: 28 eyes were implanted in the capsular bag, 18 eyes were implanted in the ciliary body and 7 eyes were implanted with anterior chamber intraocular lens. Postoperative visual acuity ≤ 0.1 in 4 eyes, 0.2 ~ 0.3 in 18 eyes, 0.4 ~ 0.5 in 24 eyes, visual acuity> 0.5 in 7 eyes. No serious postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion: The posterior capsular capsule can be detected and treated promptly after the rupture of the posterior capsule to prevent further enlargement of the breach. After the intraocular lens implantation in stage Ⅰ, the treatment effect can be well received.
