【目的】揭示松辽平原玉米带黑土酶活性变化规律,为建立有效的施肥制度提供参考.【方法】以松辽平原玉米带长期连作玉米的黑土为供试土壤,在田间调查、采样的基础上,测定不同区域、不同剖面构型(“波浪型”和“平面型”)下各类别土壤酶的活性,并对酶活性与土壤养分质量浓度进行相关性分析.【结果和结论】土壤酶在土壤循环中起到了生物学催化剂的作用,酶活性与土壤养分具有较强相关性,可以作为表征土壤肥力的指示性指标,其中脲酶活性表征不同条件下土壤肥力水平的效果较好.
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to reveal the change rules of enzyme activity in maize strata in Songliao Plain and to provide a reference for establishing an effective fertilization system. 【Method】 The black soil, which was maize in the Songliao Plain, was used as test soil for a long time. The activities of soil enzymes in different types of soil samples under different areas and profiles ( “wave ” and “flat ”) were determined, and the correlations between enzyme activity and soil nutrient concentration were analyzed. [Results and Conclusion Soil enzymes play a role as biological catalysts in soil circulation. Enzyme activity is strongly correlated with soil nutrients and can be used as an indicator of soil fertility. Urease activity characterizes the effect of soil fertility under different conditions it is good.
