目的分析梅州地区儿童社区获得性肺炎中肺炎支原体感染的流行情况。方法对2013年2月到2014年1月梅州地区社区获得性肺炎患儿均留取咽拭子和血清标本;采用实时荧光PCR检测患儿咽拭子标本中的Mp-DNA;采用ELISA检测患儿血清中Mp-Ig M;以上2项检测单阳性者采用平板培养法进行确认。结果 986例患儿中确认为Mp感染的有329例,阳性率为33.37%;1~3岁组感染率最高为50.57%,与其他组相比差异有统计学意义;四季均可发病,春冬季多见,但各季之间比较,差异无统计学意义;PCR法检出率高于ELISA检测Mp-Ig M法,差异有统计学意义。结论梅州地区儿童社区获得性肺炎中肺炎支原体感染高发年龄为1~3岁,四季均可发病,春冬季多见。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in community-acquired pneumonia in Meizhou area. Methods Throat swabs and serum samples were collected from children with community-acquired pneumonia in Meizhou area from February 2013 to January 2014. Mp-DNA in throat swab specimens was detected by real-time fluorescence PCR. Serum Mp-Ig M; the above two single positive test using plate culture method to confirm. Results The positive rate of Mp infection in 986 children was 329 cases, the positive rate was 33.37%. The highest infection rate was 50.57% in 1 ~ 3 years old group, the difference was statistically significant compared with other groups; Winter more common, but the comparison between the quarters, the difference was not statistically significant; PCR detection rate was higher than ELISA detection Mp-Ig M method, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The prevalence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children with community-acquired pneumonia in Meizhou is very high, ranging from 1 to 3 years old. It can occur in all seasons and is more common in spring and winter.
