应用 Wolbachia的 wsp基因特异引物 ,通过 PCR方法对我国尖音库蚊复合组的 4个亚种的实验室种群以及 6个地理株种群进行了检测。结果都能扩增出 60 0 bp的特异性 DNA片段。表明 Wolbachia在我国尖音库蚊复合组蚊虫中的侵染较为普遍 ,提示其可能与复合组中蚊虫杂交的胞质不融合现象有关
Wolbachia wsp gene-specific primers were used to detect the four subspecies of laboratory populations and six geographic strains of P. cunea in our laboratory by PCR. The results can be amplified 60 0 bp specific DNA fragments. The results showed that the infection of Wolbachia in Culex pipiens complex group mosquitoes in our country was more common, suggesting that it may be related to the phenomenon of cytoplasmic non-fusion of mosquitoes in the composite group
