目的:研究石参总黄酮的抗氧化活性。方法:采用50%乙醇回流冷凝提取石参根,提取液分别用乙醚和乙酸乙酯萃取,得到石参总黄酮。利用2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐[2,2’-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate),ABTS]法检测总抗氧化能力,采用分光光度法检测对1,1-二苯基-2-苦味肼基(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazy,DPPH),羟基自由基(.OH)、一氧化氮(NO)的清除作用及对脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果:石参总黄酮在20~100 mg·L-1对DPPH,ABTS+,.OH和NO等自由基具有明显的清除作用,最大清除率分别达到60.89%,74.87%,41.77%,81.01%;对脂质过氧化亦有明显的抑制作用,最大抑制率达41.07%,并具有浓度依赖性。结论:石参总黄酮具有较好的清除自由基活性和抑制脂质过氧化的作用。
Objective: To study the anti-oxidative activity of total flavonoids of Radix Ginseng. Methods: Radix Ginseng was extracted by 50% ethanol reflux condensation. The extracts were extracted with ether and ethyl acetate, respectively, to obtain the total flavonoids of ginseng. The content of total 2,2’-Azinobis- (3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate) The antioxidant activity of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazy (DPPH), hydroxyl radical (OH), nitric oxide ) Scavenging effect and inhibition of lipid peroxidation. Results: Total flavonoids of Radix Astragali showed clear scavenging effects on free radicals such as DPPH, ABTS +, OH and NO at 20-100 mg · L -1 with the maximum clearance of 60.89%, 74.87%, 41.77% and 81.01%, respectively. Lipid peroxidation also had significant inhibitory effect, the maximum inhibition rate of 41.07%, and in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of Radix isatidis scavenging free radical activity and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
