凝胶色谱和计算机联机进行自动数据采集的过程完成以后,采集的数据并不能立即投入谱图的计算过程,因为仪器及计算机采集系统在工作中受到温度、外界干扰、检测器信号飘移、随机噪声等因素的影响。采集的数据是包括以上这些因素的整个系统的表观数据,要得到真实的凝胶色谱图,一定要对这些数据进行予处理。一、谱图奇异点的修正由于谱图变化具有连续性,因此,对于由外界干扰而产生的奇异点可以用一阶差分法来检拾,其数学表达式为:H测’=从一1十(从一1一从一二)(1)式中 H娜,从一1,风一二分别表示第乞点的预测值及第葱一
