2000—2009年对光温敏核不育系陆18S进行分期播种试验结果表明,陆18S播始历期随温度、日照长短的变化而变化。低温时间越长、平均日均温越低、最低日均温越低.陆18S育性转换程度越高,可育花粉率越高,在日均温20~23℃、持续时间15~20 d的条件下育性能较好的完成转换。根据陆18S的育性转换特点,笔者总结出其在郴州地区繁殖和制种最佳的“三期”安排:春繁,播种期安排在3月底,育性敏感期在5月底6月初,扬花期在6月中下旬;秋繁,播种期安排在6月底7月初,育性敏感期在9月初;繁殖时育性敏感期间同时结合冷水灌溉降温;制种,母本播种期安排在5月底,育性敏感期在7月初,扬花期在7月中下旬。
