目的:研究药品细菌真菌污染的快速检测方法,为药品快速打假提供参考。方法:通过家蚕幼虫血浆(SLP)实验,检测毛冬青注射液和盐酸普罗帕酮注射液等两批样品中是否存在肽聚糖或β-葡聚糖,从而考察样品是否被细菌或真菌污染。结果:两批样品均未产生黑色素而变色,说明未受到细菌或真菌污染。结论:家蚕幼虫血浆实验作为一种快捷有效的无菌检测手段,可应用于药品的快速打假。
OBJECTIVE: To study the rapid detection of bacterial fungal contamination in pharmaceuticals and provide a reference for the rapid counterfeiting of drugs. Methods: The silkworm larvae plasma (SLP) assay was used to detect the presence or absence of peptidoglycan or β-glucan in two batches of samples such as Mao Dongqing Injection and Propafenone Hydrochloride Injection to investigate whether the sample was contaminated with bacteria or fungi. Results: Both batches of samples did not produce melanin and discolored, indicating no bacterial or fungal contamination. Conclusion: The silkworm larvae plasma test, as a rapid and effective aseptic test, can be applied to the quick counterfeiting of drugs.
