脑瘫患儿合并流涎是脑性瘫痪最为常见的并发症之一,占脑瘫患儿的25%～35%。主要症状是唾液不自主流出,衣服长期潮湿、气味难闻,下颏部皮肤刺激,总液体量和营养摄人减少。流涎不仅严重影响患儿的语言发育和生活质量,还可能引起感染、传播疾病,使患儿被社会歧视和排斥。济南市儿童福利院福利儿童康复中心构音吞咽康复室采取中西医结合治疗脑瘫患儿流涎症状获得较好效果。
Children with cerebral palsy with salivation is one of the most common complication of cerebral palsy, accounting for 25% to 35% of children with cerebral palsy. The main symptom is saliva involuntary discharge, long-term clothes wet, bad smell, under the chin skin irritation, the total amount of fluid and nutrient intake decreased. Salivation not only seriously affects children’s language development and quality of life, but also may cause infection, spread of disease, so that children are socially discriminated and excluded.
