本文将我院近十年住院确诊的类风湿病216例中有肾脏损害的66例进行分析。 1 临床资料 类风湿病216例,男127例(占58.8％),女89例(占41.2％),年龄最小7岁,最大70岁,50岁以下184例(占85.1％)。病程1年以下67例(占31.0％),1～5年90例(占41.7％),病程最长26年。 肾脏受损害者共66例,男34例,女32例,年龄最小10岁,最大62岁,50岁以下共52例(占78.8％),病程1年以下32例(占48.5％),1～5年22例(占33.3％),大于10年12例占(18.2％)。 类风湿病以侵犯关节为特征,216例中全身各
