目的:建立同时测定金银花及金芪降糖片中6种成分的反相高效液相色潽法。方法:色谱柱为依利特ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速1 mL.min-1;检测波长355 nm;柱温30℃。结果:6种成分在上述条件下分离良好。绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷、木犀草苷和4,5-O-双咖啡酰奎宁酸分别在3.24~64.80,0.24~4.79,1.22~24.40,0.09~0.44,0.68~13.55,1.19~23.87 mg.L-1线性良好,平均回收率均大于97%(RSD<3%,n=9)。结论:本方法操作简单、结果准确、回收率高、重复性好,可用于金芪降糖片及其相关制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of six components in honeysuckle and Jinqi hypoglycemic tablets by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The column was Elit ODS C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was at 355 nm. . Results: The six components were well separated under the above conditions. Chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rutin, hyperoside, luteolin and 4,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid were in the range of 3.24-64.80,0.24-4.79,1.22-24.40,0.09-0.44,0.68 ~ 13.55,1.19 ~ 23.87 mg.L-1. The average recoveries were all above 97% (RSD <3%, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Jinqi hypoglycemic agents and its related preparations.
