通过供电所的优化设置,可以有效改善供电所硬件条件,合理配置生产服务车辆,增强人员配置的合理性,提高员工专业素质和工作积极性,加强供电所基础资料管理。2013年国网公司启动乡镇供电所管理提升工程以来,各有关单位认真贯彻工作要求,扎实实施各项举措,工作取得积极成效。供电所在健全完善组织机构,优化业务流程和人员配置,加强关键岗位和核心业务管控,提升农村配电网供电保障能力、营业管理和供电服务水平等方面取得较大进步。同时也应看到,部分地区供电所在人员结构、硬件设施、生产服务车辆配置等方面仍存在一些问题和困难,制约了供电所的管理提升效果。为有效解决这一问题,本文结合实践经验,试从供电所优化设置的角度,谈谈供电所合并对管理提升的促进作用,以更好地促进供电所管理提升工作开展。

The power supply area has made great progress in improving and perfecting the organization, optimizing business processes and staffing, strengthening the management and control of key posts and core businesses, improving the power supply support capacity of rural distribution networks, business management and power supply services. At the same time, it should be noted that there are still some problems and difficulties in the structure of personnel supply, hardware facilities and vehicle allocation in production and supply in some regions, which has restricted the improvement of power supply management. In order to solve this problem effectively, this article tries to discuss the promotion function of mergers and acquisitions by Power Supply Institute in order to promote the management of power supply station better in light of practical experience.
