油菜菌核病(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary)是我国冬油菜产区的重要病害,特别是花期至成熟期间如遇多雨的气候条件,常致毁灭性的危害.该病是以菌核的形态连年延续其生命,在适宜的条件下萌发产生子囊孢子侵染油菜花瓣或叶片,继而以菌丝再侵染,造成田间蔓延危害.不同年份,发病严重度不一,主要是温湿度对病原的影响. 由于该菌在世界各地广泛分布,危害大,因此国外对该菌病原的研究较多,特别是对病原菌生态条件、生理生化特性、病菌的生理分化等方面研究较深.由于各国所处的地理条件不同,致使各地病菌的病原生物学特性方面存在着较大的差异,因此对研究我国菌核病菌的生物学特性是十分必要的.杨新美(1961)等对病原生活史生物学特性生理分化、寄主范围等方面进行了较多研究.关于病原生态条件的研究,国内报道不多见。本文着重报道作者1980年来有关温度、湿度和酸碱度等生态条件与病原生长发育关系的研究结果。
