以I-69杨嫩枝、半硬枝和一年生硬枝为试验材料,研究了乙烯在茎插穗不定根形成中的作用。生长素类物质处理可诱导乙烯释放,在扦插生根的整个过程中,乙烯释放量均比对照高,同时促进不定根形成。而用GA_3、ABA和KT处理,乙烯释放量均与对照相同,它们不促进,甚至抑制或强烈抑制不定根形成。用浓度为25μg·ml~(-1)-1000μg·ml~(-1)的乙烯气体处理,均能促进I-69杨硬枝插穗不定根形成和芽的萌发。乙烯利处理,低浓度(小于25μg·ml~(-1))促进,随浓度提高从无促进到抑制。高浓度乙烯利、IBA和NAA处理插穗其形态变化相似。试验结果认为乙烯对I-69杨插穗不定根形成的作用与生长素相类似,低浓度促进,高浓度抑制。
The effects of ethylene on the adventitious root formation of stem cuttings were studied with I-69 young shoot, semi-hard branch and annual hard branch. The auxin treatment induced the release of ethylene. During the rooting process, ethylene release was higher than that of the control, and adventitious root formation was promoted. However, with GA_3, ABA and KT treatment, the ethylene release was the same as the control, they did not promote, even inhibit or strongly inhibit the formation of adventitious roots. Treatment with ethylene gas at a concentration of 25μg · ml -1 -1000μg · ml -1 could promote the adventitious root formation and bud germination of I-69 Yang hardwood cuttings. Ethephon treatment, low concentration (less than 25μg · ml -1) to promote, with the increase in concentration from no promotion to inhibition. The morphological changes of cuttings treated with high concentrations of ethephon, IBA and NAA were similar. The results showed that the effect of ethylene on adventitious root formation of I-69 Yang cuttings was similar to that of auxin, with low concentration promoted and high concentration inhibited.
