目的当温度与时间变化时比较头孢他啶在三种液体中的稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法 (HPL C)测定头孢他啶分别溶解在三种液体中时 ,在室温及冰箱环境中不同时间的浓度。结果头孢他啶在同一溶液不同温度时 (室温和冰箱 )在相应时间内浓度无显著改变 (P>0 .0 1) ;在同一温度不同溶液中 ,相应时间内 ,浓度无显著改变 (P>0 .0 1) ;在同一温度同一溶液不同时间内浓度发生显著改变 (P<0 .0 1)。结论头孢他啶溶解后不能放置在冰箱保存至第 2天使用 ;头孢他啶既可用 0 .9%氯化钠注射液溶解 ,也可用 10 %葡萄糖注射液或 5 %葡萄糖注射液溶解
Objective To compare the stability of ceftazidime in three liquids when the temperature and time changes. Methods The concentration of ceftazidime dissolved in three liquids at different time in room temperature and refrigerator environment was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPL C). Results The concentration of ceftazidime in the same solution at different temperatures (room temperature and freezer) had no significant change (P> 0. 01) at the same time. There was no significant change in the concentration of ceftazidime in the same solution at different time (P> 0. 0 1). At the same temperature, the concentration of the same solution changed significantly at different times (P <0.01). Conclusion Ceftazidime dissolved can not be placed in the refrigerator until the second day of use; ceftazidime can be dissolved with 0.9% sodium chloride injection can also be dissolved with 10% glucose injection or 5% glucose injection
