随着经济的发展,新世纪大学生不仅要具备阅读各种英文文献的能力,更需要担当起翻译英文材料的重任。由于受传统教学模式、课时限制、教材布局以及部分教师自身翻译水平等因素的限制,学生的英汉互译能力并没有得到提高。因此,笔者结合个人的学习和教学经历,从大学英语教学中翻译教学的必要性、翻译在大学英语教学中他者地位形成的原因以及如何取得翻译教学成果改变翻译在大学英语教学中他者地位等三方面进行阐述。
With economic development, college students in the new century should not only have the ability to read various English documents, but also have the task of translating English materials. Due to the limitations of traditional teaching methods, time limit, teaching material layout and the translation level of some teachers, students’ English-Chinese translation ability has not been improved. Therefore, I combine the individual’s learning and teaching experiences, the necessity of translating teaching from college English teaching, the reason why translating the status of the other in college English teaching and how to get the result of translation teaching, and changing the translator’s status as the other teacher in college English teaching And other three aspects described.
