日本石川岛播磨重工业公司(IHI)新近设计制造一种“IPF—75B”型带强力输送臂(布料杆)的新型混凝土泵车(图1),据称是截止目前从来未有过的高修配性能的新型泵车机种。该型泵车由于采用了IHI最新设计的“卡盘式闸板阀”、泵车尾部顶壳与Y形管成为一体构造的料斗及其轴销横向开启结构,以及对混凝土缸体和吸入闸板阀配置角度等的改进,使其适应性更强,维修方便,工作更加可靠。适于压送坍落度较低、水泥用量较少、骨料粒径偏大的混凝土拌合料。较以往其他类型的泵车具有明显的优越性。
