乳腺癌癌基因和雌激素受体的检测，常因其非特异性的原因，致使背景染色加深而影响对阳性物结果的判断，这是免疫组化染色技术中的一大难题。为解决这一难题，我们将常规ＡＢＣ法中的几种主要试剂置于真空负压的条件下处理，实验结果表明：该方法能解决上述问题，结果十分满意
The detection of breast cancer oncogenes and estrogen receptors, often due to their non-specific causes, causes deeper background staining and affects the judgment of positive results, which is a major problem in immunohistochemical staining techniques. In order to solve this problem, we put the main reagents in the conventional ABC method under vacuum vacuum conditions. The experimental results show that this method can solve the above problems and the results are very satisfactory.
