患儿,女,4岁,住院号67904.纳差尿黄五天,抽搐二次于1983年12月5日以肝性脑病入院.入院前五天有发热、次日发现尿黄、巩膜黄染、食欲减退,乏力,病后第三天查肝功能SGPT420μ、Ⅱ28μ;入院前一天晚上和入院当日下午连续性抽搐数次,抽搐时全身强直、角弓反张、两眼上翻、面色苍白、口唇青紫、口吐白沫,每次持续2～3分钟,自行缓解,事发不能记忆,进入昏睡状态,醒后玩耍如常.既往无肝炎病史,无外伤、癫痫病史.
