目的:探讨E钙粘素和MMP-13在结肠癌中的表达及其与结肠癌生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法,检测79例结肠癌和20例结肠正常组织的E钙粘素和MMP-13的表达情况。结果:20例(100%)正常结肠组织和70例(88%)结肠癌组织表达E钙粘素,两者有显著差异(P<0.05);E钙粘素在结肠癌组织表达有明显的缺失现象,此现象与Dukes分期、分化程度和是否有淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。4例(20%)正常结肠组织和47例(58%)结肠癌有MMP-13的表达,两者有显著差异(P<0.01);多数结肠癌组织MMP-13为弱表达,其表达与是否有淋巴结转移有密切关系(P<0.05)。结论:E钙粘素蛋白在结肠癌有明显的表达缺失现象,与结肠癌的侵袭转移呈负相关;MMP-13表达与结肠癌的淋巴结转移有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of E-cadherin and MMP-13 in colon cancer and its relationship with the biological behavior of colon cancer. Methods: The expressions of E-cadherin and MMP-13 in 79 cases of colon cancer and 20 cases of colon normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. RESULTS: E-cadherin was expressed in 20 (100%) normal colon tissues and in 70 (88%) colon cancer tissues, both of which were significantly different (P <0.05). E-cadherin was significantly expressed in colon cancer This phenomenon was closely related to the Dukes stage, differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of MMP-13 in 4 cases (20%) of normal colon tissues and 47 cases (58%) of colon cancer tissues were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of E-cadherin in colon cancer is significantly decreased, which is negatively correlated with the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer. The expression of MMP-13 is related to lymph node metastasis in colon cancer.
