采用盆栽试验,每盆装土15kg,分别加入硫酸锰0(CK)、25、50、75g,株平均新梢总长为140．9cm、155．7cm、128．8cm、93．1cm,锰处理疱疹发生株率均为100%,新梢顶端死亡率分别为23．8%、100%、100%,主枝回枯率为0、52．6%、74．4%,主干死亡株率为0、22．9%、62．5%；田间调查：重病树新生根干重为轻病树的31．1%,达5%显著水平；树体锰按叶片含量多少排列,其顺序为：重病树＞轻病树,中部＞外围＞内膛,基部＞中部＞顶部；而根系锰含量则相反,重病树＜轻病树.
Pot experiments were carried out with 15kg pots per pot. Manganese sulfate 0 (CK), 25,50 and 75g were added respectively. The average shoot length was 140.9cm, 155.7cm, 128.8cm and 93.1cm, The rate of plant emergence was 100%. The tip mortality of shoots was 23.8%, 100% and 100% respectively. The rate of main branch regrowth was 0, 52.6% and 74.4% , 22.9% and 62.5%, respectively. Field investigation showed that the root dry weight of newly diagnosed tree was 31.1% of the diseased tree, reaching a significant level of 5%.
