以Co(NO3)2.6H2O,邻菲啰啉(phen)与L-丙氨酸(L-alanine)为原料,通过水热法合成了新型超分子化合物[Co(L-alanato)2(phen)]NO3.4H2O(1),其结构经IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射分析表征。1属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=10.121 9(5),b=11.461 1(12),c=12.573 2(12),α=71.13(3)°,β=67.52(3)°,γ=66.08(3)°,V=1 207.24(18)3,Dc=1.511 g.cm-3,Z=2,F(000)=572,Mr=549.38,μ=0.777 mm-1,R1=0.083 6,ωR2=0.214 2。1的中心原子Co(Ⅲ)形成六配位的变形八面体结构,并通过氢键形成三维结构。热分析研究表明,1在加热过程中先后失去结晶水和邻菲啰啉。
A new type of supramolecular compound [Co (L-alanato) 2 (phen)] 2 was synthesized by hydrothermal method using Co (NO3) 2.6H2O, phen and L-alanine as raw materials, ] NO3.4H2O (1) whose structure was characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. 1 belongs to the triclinic system with space group P-1 and the unit cell parameters a = 10.121 9 (5), b = 11.461 1 (12), c = 12.573 2 67.52 (3) °, γ = 66.08 (3) °, V = 1 207.24 (18) 3, Dc = 1.511 g.cm3, Z = 2, F000 = 572, Mr = 549.38, μ = 0.777 mm-1, R1 = 0.083 6, ωR2 = 0.214 2.1 The central atom Co (Ⅲ) forms hexa-coordinated deformed octahedral structure and forms a three-dimensional structure by hydrogen bonding. Thermal analysis studies have shown that, 1 in the heating process has lost crystal water and phenanthroline.
