运载火箭总体方案论证阶段,为了选择推进系统方案需要对发动机的质量、性能等参数进行比较和优化,但是液体火箭发动机的质量是很难估算的,影响发动机质量的因素很多,几乎没有什么规律可循,估算发动机质量的工作只能是非常粗糙的。依据液体火箭发动机主要部件的特点及工程经验,提出了发动机核心部件的质量计算模型;给出了发动机推力室和涡轮泵2部件的2种计算模型并进行了比较。最后,采用VC++平台设计了可视化的计算界面,并结合国内外的发动机进行了验证。

According to the characteristics and engineering experience of the main components of liquid rocket engine, the quality calculation model of engine core components is put forward. Two models of engine thrust chamber and turbo pump 2 components are given and compared. Finally, the visual computing interface is designed by using VC ++ platform and verified with engines at home and abroad.
