企业信访工作指企业员工、社区群众及企业外部人员致函或走访有关部门,反映情况,并要求解决某些问题。尤其在企业经营状况不好、面临发展困难及企业改革过程中企业信访件增多、历史问题难以解决,导致企业信访也面临较多困难。本文就企业信访工作的一些基本内容、职责、工作程序等方面进行简单论述。 Corporate letter and visit work refers to the employees, community members and outsiders sent a letter or visit the relevant departments to reflect the situation and asked to solve certain problems.
