将己烯雌酚与丁二酸酐按一定比例溶解于无水吡啶中 ,室温下反应 3 4h。反应产物用稀盐酸溶液洗涤 ,将所得沉淀干燥后经分离纯化 ,对纯化产物进行高分辨质谱、红外光谱鉴定。结果表明 ,高分辨质谱测定出纯化物的分子量为 3 86.195 9,红外光谱鉴定出纯化物的官能团和己烯雌酚半琥珀酸相符 ,从而证明所合成的产物就是己烯雌酚半琥珀酸。本研究为己烯雌酚免疫原的合成奠定了基础
The diethylstilbestrol and succinic anhydride by a certain percentage of dissolved in anhydrous pyridine, the reaction at room temperature 34h. The reaction product was washed with dilute hydrochloric acid solution, the precipitate was dried and isolated and purified, the purified product was identified by high resolution mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the molecular weight of the purified product was 3 86.195 9 determined by high resolution mass spectrometry. The functional group of the purified product was identified to be consistent with diethylstilbestrol hemisuccinate by infrared spectroscopy, which proved that the synthesized product was diethylstilbestrol hemisuccinate.
