本文用三种方法对桑椹籽中总黄酮类化合物进行了提取和测定,结果表明,桑椹籽中含有丰富的生物类黄酮,其粗提物含量可达58.15mg/100g,黄酮约占粗提物的34.20%,在桑椹籽粒中黄酮约占19.89mg/100g。这为桑籽的开发利用提供了新的思路。
In this paper, the total flavonoids from mulberry seed were extracted and determined by three methods. The results showed that the mulberry seed is rich in bioflavonoids with the content of 58.15mg / 100g and the flavonoid about crude extract 34.20% of the material, flavonoids in mulberry grains accounted for about 19.89mg / 100g. This provides a new way for the development and utilization of mulberry seeds.
