In the Taoist ideology, the concept of “truth” has a very important position. In its development, its meaning has also gone from simplicity to prosperity. A series of notions formed by the concept of “true” constitute the unique “truth” theory of Taoism. This kind of “true” concept originated in Lao Tzu, after Zhuangzi carried forward. It emphasizes not the external objective form, the truth of the truth, but emphasizes the supernatural of the supernatural. Such truth is the embodiment of Tao. This “truth” theory has had a significant impact on Chinese traditional aesthetic concepts. This paper attempts to sort out and probe into the “true” aesthetics of Zhuangzi.
