由我所与同济大学共同研制的SDJ-500型电液伺服式振动单剪仪,在剪切容器、液压导轨、电液伺服激振、静力加荷及电子测量系统等方面均有其一定的特点,从而弥补了现有同类仪器的某些不足之处。利用本仪器可进行各种试样的应力或应变控制的试验,并可测量在不排水条件下各种振动过程中的动剪应力、动剪应变、孔隙水压力等参数,由此可确定动剪切模量、阻尼比或砂土的抗液化强度等多种动力参数。试验和鉴定表明,该仪器性能稳定,是一台较实用的新型土工试验仪器(仪器外貌见照片)。
The SDJ-500 electro-hydraulic servo vibration single shear instrument jointly developed by Tongji University and Tongji University has certain aspects in shear vessels, hydraulic rails, electro-hydraulic servo vibration excitation, static loading and electronic measurement systems. The features that make up for some of the shortcomings of existing similar instruments. The instrument can be used to perform stress or strain control tests on various specimens, and parameters such as dynamic shear stress, dynamic shear strain, and pore water pressure in various vibration processes under undrained conditions can be measured. Shear modulus, damping ratio or sand liquefaction resistance and other dynamic parameters.
