随着经济全球化趋势的推进,国有企业不仅面临着日益激烈的国内市场竞争,更要积极地参与到国际市场竞争中来。而进入到信息时代,人才已成为企业竞争的关键所在,因此,如何利用科学的人力资源管理机制,建立有效的绩效薪酬激励体系已经成为目前国有企业改革的重点。本文从目前国有企业在绩效薪酬激励体系方面存在的问题出发,对相应的改革策略进行探究,以期对提高国有企业的核心竞争力有所启示。
With the advancing trend of economic globalization, state-owned enterprises not only face the increasingly fierce domestic market competition, but also actively participate in the international market competition. In the information age, talent has become the key to enterprise competition. Therefore, how to use scientific human resources management mechanism to establish an effective performance compensation incentive system has become the focus of the reform of state-owned enterprises. Based on the existing problems of state-owned enterprises in performance compensation incentive system, this paper explores the corresponding reform strategies in order to enlighten the improvement of the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
