M公司的高层管理者认为,只要改革公司的利益分配制度,公司的其他问题就迎刃而解。事实表明,公司的诸多问题并非源于收益分配,基本制度体系不健全是症结所在,需要采取多种措施,才能使公司的长远设计变为现实。
M’s top management believes that as long as the company’s profit distribution system is reformed, the company’s other problems will be solved. The facts show that many of the company’s problems do not stem from the distribution of income. The inadequacy of the basic institutional system is the crux of the matter.
