文章通过调查中老年晨练人群的主观幸福感情况,旨在为中老年晨练活动及相关部门提供一定的参考依据;主要采用问卷调查法,问卷包括晨练的基本情况和主观幸福感两部分。研究结果:晨练者中以60-74岁的老年人居多;项目以武术类居多;59.0%的选择集体练习;89.2%的几乎天天锻炼、87.0%的晨练超过1小时;55.4.%的无人指导;71.08%的总体感受为非常满意。晨练者的幸福感水平几乎处于“幸福”级别,男性略高于女性;武术类晨练者幸福感略高;以彰显才能、集体晨练、天天锻炼等为主要晨练特征的其主观幸福感较高。建议:政府部门提供更有力的保障;成立健康服务队,提供持续的健康服务;场馆管理制度更加“以人为本”;社会媒体舆论充分关注;晨练者完善自身各方面。
By investigating the subjective well-being of middle-aged and senior citizens in the morning, the article aims to provide some references for middle-aged and senior citizens to carry out morning exercises and related departments. The questionnaire is mainly used to investigate the basic situation and subjective well-being of morning exercises. Results: The majority of morning exercise participants were aged 60-74 years old; the majority of the items were martial arts; 59.0% chose collective exercises; 89.2% exercised almost daily, 87.0% morning exercises for more than 1 hour; 55.4% Guidance; 71.08% of the overall feeling is very satisfied. The level of happiness of morning exercisers is almost at the level of “happiness”, while that of men is slightly higher than that of women; the happiness of martial arts class exercisers is slightly higher; and their subjective well-being is characterized by demonstrating talents, collective morning exercises and daily exercising, high. Suggestions: government departments to provide more effective protection; the establishment of health services team to provide continuing health services; venues management system more “people-oriented ”; full attention of social media media; morning exercise to improve their own all aspects.
