本文研究异搏停与硝苯吡啶对原发性高血压患者及正常人的血压、心率、血浆儿茶酚胺、血浆肾素活性、血容量及心功能的短期与长期影响。方法:53例原发性高血压患者,男32例,女21例,年龄22~53岁,平均38岁,按WHO分期为Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期。15例血压正常的健康志愿者,男9例,女6例,年龄24~41岁,平均30岁。采用三种方案进行研究:(1)急性研究:单盲法一次给予异搏定160毫克口服或硝苯吡啶10毫克舌下含化后,每15分钟测量一次血压、心率,给药前和给药后30′,60′、120′、180′测定血浆肾素活性、去甲肾上腺素及肾上腺素浓度。(2)对照研究:先予异搏定80毫克一日3次口服8天,间歇5天后,再予硝苯吡啶10毫克一日3次口服8天,或顺序倒过来应用,皆单盲法给药。试验期间摄入固定钠钾含量的欲
This study was to investigate the short-term and long-term effects of verapamil and nifedipine on blood pressure, heart rate, plasma catecholamine, plasma renin activity, blood volume and cardiac function in patients with essential hypertension and normal subjects.
