通过采用速得测糖干片对出生1~3天纯母乳喂养的661例次新生儿血糖监测,发现母婴同室、纯母乳喂养的新生儿生理性血糖下降时间明显缩短,出生12~24小时血糖均值上升至2.8mmol/L(50mg/dl)以上。按国际常用低血糖标准未发现低血糖患儿。纯母乳喂养儿中早吸吮、按需喂养、积极防治原发病和重点监测易患儿的血糖等措施,有利于减少低血糖的发生率。我们认为将正常血糖最低限值和国际上常用的低血糖标准之间的血糖值定为临界低血糖,有利于低血糖的早期诊断和早期防治,减少低血糖的危害。
