尽管无建筑物的地层沉降特征已有定论,但有建筑物条件下的地层和建筑物沉降特征还有待深入研究,有建筑物的地层沉降特征比无建筑物更具有理论研究和工程应用价值。为此,以特定地层和浅基础建筑物为研究条件,应用FLAC3D建立三维数值模型,对无或有建筑物条件下的地层和建筑物沉降特征进行对比研究,揭示建筑物与隧道不同空间位置的地层和建筑物的沉降特征,探讨地铁隧道施工引起建筑物沉降的安全控制标准。在此基础上,通过对某工程的实例分析,表明数值模拟与实测结果具有较好的一致性,为地铁隧道施工的安全评价提供了技术支持。
Although there is no conclusion about the settlement characteristics of the stratum without buildings, the settlement characteristics of the stratum and buildings under the conditions of buildings still need further study. The stratum settlement characteristics of the buildings have more theoretical research and engineering application value than the non-buildings. For this reason, using FLAC3D to establish a three-dimensional numerical model based on the specific stratigraphy and shallow foundation, the contrastive study of the strata and the settlement characteristics of the building under the condition of no or existing building is carried out to reveal the different spatial positions of the building and the tunnel Strata and buildings settlement characteristics of subway tunnel construction caused by the settlement of the safety control standards. On this basis, through the case analysis of a project, it shows that the numerical simulation has good consistency with the measured results and provides technical support for the safety evaluation of subway tunnel construction.
