在“十二﹒五”期间,中国石油油气储运业务快速发展,带动了油气储运科技的进步。在调控运行方面,实现了大型管网的集中调控输配,开发了Realpipe系列仿真优化软件;在安全维护方面,建立了基于风险预控的完整性技术体系,油气管道监、检测技术水平不断提升,大型管网系统可靠性取得重要突破;在关键设备国产化方面,压缩机组、大口径球阀、大型输油泵等设备全面国产化,核心装备国产化率超过90%,部分国产化装备应用率超过75%。在“十三﹒五”期间,中国石油管道发展面临着新的机遇和挑战,在科技创新方面,将在管网可靠性、优化运行、安全监测、腐蚀防护、节能环保以及国产化装备性能提升等方面开展攻关研究,提高技术成熟度,保障油气管网的安全高效运行。

During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, China’s oil pipeline will face new opportunities and challenges. In terms of scientific and technological innovation, the pipeline reliability, optimal operation, safety monitoring, corrosion protection, energy conservation and environmental protection as well as the performance improvement of domestic equipment And other aspects of research to improve technology maturity, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas pipe network.
