本研究构建了Q24测评表,采用“语义差别量表”法,测量出师生各自在12个文化主题24个调研指标上的分值,发现师生文化差异的比重高于认同;分析师生文化冲突的成因是,较大的文化差异、高职学生的特殊性、高职院校本身的特殊性三者共同作用的结果;“和而不同”、“融合式”是最佳师生文化共存态势;一手抓环境建设一手抓观念建设是高职院校改善师生文化冲突、达到最佳师生文化态势的根本途径。
